Huperzine A (purity > 99%) was obtained from Wanbang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Zhejiang, China).Pluronic F127 and F68 were obtained from BASF (Germany). Chitosan (Mw 7.8 × 105; degree of deacetylation was 80.0~95.0%) was purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China, medicinal grade).Castor oil was purchased from Sinopharm Group Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Polyoxyl 40 hydrogenated castor oil (Cremophor RH40) and 1,2-propanediol were obtained from BASF (Germany) and Tianjin Damao Chemical Reagent Factory (Tianjin, China),respectively. Acetonitrile and methanol (HPLC grade) were obtained from Sigma-Aldrich Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China).Ringer’s solution was purchased from Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Hefei, China).Urethane was obtained from Shanghai Hengyuan Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). All other reagents used in this study were of analytical grade.
